RiversEdge Composites produces standard urethane sheet foam products, custom preform urethane foam parts and DUC Board high density composite boards for a wide multi-industry market.
URETHANE SHEET FOAM : Standard and custom sheet foam stock are available in 4.0 pounds per cubic foot to 8.0 pounds per cubic foot densities.
Standard thicknesses are available from 3/8″ to 6″ and are single piece construction. Custom thicknesses greater than 6″ are available and would be multi piece construction.
Perforations and grooving are available on standard sheet foam stock thicknesses for an additional cost. Perforations and grooving are not available on custom sheet foam stock.
Both standard and custom foam come in 4′ x 8′ sheets.
CUSTOM PREFORM URETHANE & FIBERGLASS PARTS: Preform urethane & fiberglass parts are manufactured from dedicated custom molds built to the customer’s specifications.
Foam is floatation grade 2.0 PCF poly-urethane foam. Fiberglass knits and weaves are sourced to meet the customer’s specifications and are integrated with the foam.
DUC BOARD: DUC Board high density boards are manufactured in heated high-pressure presses using recycled industrial input and a proprietary binder. Four distinct boards are available, each with different properties.
DUC TRANSOM BOARD: DUC transom boards are high strength transom board core material (38 PCF) manufactured from post-industrial waste streams. Designed as a superior replacement for marine-grade plywood, it offers exceptional mechanical properties, water resistance and durability. Utilizing “net shape compression molding”, boards are molded to shape to meet the customer’s specifications thereby reducing waste. Standard thicknesses are 1″ & 1 1/2″ and can be perfed and beveled. Custom thicknesses are available upon special request.
DUC BOARD 35 -35 PCF boards have a broad applications as floors, backer boards or inserts and are available in 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ thicknesses. Sheet size is 4′ x 8′.
DUC BOARD 80 – 80 PCF boards have superior screw retention properties and are perfect as backer plates or applications where high screw retention is needed. Boards are available in 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ thicknesses. Sheet sizes: 3/8″ & 1/2″ are 4′ x 8′, 3/4″ & 1″ are 4′ x 4′,
DUC TOOLING BOARD: 55 PCF boards are ideal for the CNC tooling industry and are available in 1″, 2″ and 3″ thicknesses which can be glued together to create thicker boards. Standard sheet size is 40″ x 40″. Custom sizes are available upon special request.
